TERRIERTORIAL
Casual sliding puzzle/sokoban game about a dog marking his territory.
Made for CorgiJam and my first game in Pico-8.
Controls:
- arrows to move
- X to reset the current level
I didn't get to make a title screen or a main menu but there's a menu option to reset progress to start from the first level. To reset only the current level, just press X.
Progress is saved on device/browser, so you can continue where you left off.
There are 24 levels. No real ending screen either, you'll know when it's over lol :D
EDIT: I made a few changes after the jam, listed in devlog below.

Now I understand a dog's urge xD Fun
I was about to comment that I couldn't reset levels with R then I saw it's X... X?! It's ALWAYS R!!!
Anyway, a fun game but didn't seem to get any harder.. L.13 took me the longest to figure out
Hey, thanks for playing. Fair point with the controls, R would be better for sure. Pico-8 has a pretty limited control scheme and doesn’t include the R key. I’m not sure if it’s possible to reconfigure but I’ll look into it.
Thanks for creating! And I LOVE the name btw..
Nice take on Sokoban! The mechanic is simple but allow for some complex puzzles. I like the simplicity of the style and sound effect!
Thank you!
What a great game!
Thank you for playing!
Very nice, I really like the simplicity and efficiency of the whole thing.
Thank you!
This was great! Simple and sweet. I love the simplicity of the sprites, which works well. Perfectly scoped for a jam as well. I couldn't figure out the level with the three fire hydrants in a vertical row (not sure what level that was). Maybe I'm just not noticing the obvious. It would be great if the level numbers are shown, maybe in the top right corner or something.
Update: I figured it out! Managed to finish all the levels :)
Thank you for playing and for the kind words! I added the level counter after your recommendation. Had it on during testing but took it out for the first build, but yeah I think it’s good to have it.
